We have partnerships with many English facilities and have certified CELPIP instructors available at CIS. We have a variety of packages available depending on the area you would like assistance with and what type of classes you wish to attend.

Overview of CELPIP:

Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) is a general English language proficiency test. The test allows individuals to demonstrate the ability to function in English. The tests asses the individual’s ability to communicate in English clearly, accurately and precisely in variety of everyday situations, for example with co-workers, superiors in the workplace, interacting with friends, understating newscasts and interpreting and responding to written materials. The test is only offered at a test center but delivered online.

Overview of CAEL:

Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) is designated to measure the English language proficiency of students planning to study in Canadian post-secondary institutions. The test has the best tools to identify students with the right English skills for academic success. It provides an authentic representation of language use in a Canadian academic context. The test requires students to read articles, listen to lectures, answer questions, and write a short essay. These are some of the expectations of a first- year Canadian college or university student. The test is offered online from the comfort of your own home and at a test center.

My family and I would not have gotten to where we are today without CIS, they had full transparency on what was happening with our application and gave us updates very regularly.
